What is the turn around time (TAT) of your preorders?
We offer 2 different types of preorders.
*Fabric preorders have a TAT of 6-8 weeks once submitted.
*Bulk hardware preorders have a TAT of 4 to 6 weeks once submitted.
How often do you submit preorders?
Our fabric preorder will be submitted February 19th, May 5th, July 21st & October 6th.
Our bulk hardware preorder is submitted twice a year*.
*Certain bulk fabric and/or bulk hardware orders may qualify for immediate submission. Email us at renmaedesigns@gmail.com for more information.

We ship from the USA

Is your shop a smoke free/ pet free facility?
Renmae Designs is ran out of a smoke free home. There are two kitties in the house but they aren't allowed in the shop.
Do you offer bulk discount on retail items?
You betcha! Two ways to earn a discount:
*You order 20+ zipper pulls (you can mix and match)
*You order 20+ yards of zipper tape (you can mix and match)
Just send us an email at renmaedesigns@gmail.com and we will send you the discount code.
Can I combine retail with my preorder purchase?
Yes. Your retail items will be held until your preorder items come in and then they will ship together.
